Who I am
My name is Heidi Low. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Seattle’s Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in 2022. I became certified in Lymphatic Manual Drainage (MLD) and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR) in 2023. I’ve also completed training in oncology massage, and sports and injury pathology.
There is nothing I enjoy more in my work than seeing someone find relief from pain, regain mobility, or resolve an issue that has limited their quality of life. In my practice, I hope to provide massage therapy that targets specific goals and concerns that will improve your quality of life, resolve pain points and pathologies, and get you back to doing things you love!
What you can expect
(Stole this): “Sessions are typically 60 minutes long. A comfortable, quiet setting provides space to do our work.” At the start of every session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your pains and health goals. From there, we’ll create a plan to help you improve and blah blah blah, “move toward change that will allow you to again thrive in greater ways.”
You can expect in your first session to make goals and plans for how many sessions it could take. If we don’t make progress, we change modalities, or refer out…
